Salient Features
- After the loading is done in the machine hopper, the vibrating feeder lets the tablets to fall on the spinning disc of the
machine.
- The disc then aligns the fall of the tablets in a row through the slot type chute using a photoelectric sensor into a double
nozzle system.
- After the count reaches the selected count, the flip is activated and changes the path of the falling tablets at the same
time.
- The conveyor cylinder is operated to push the filled container.
- Speed of the machine varies as per different aspects like product type, size and bottleneck diameter.
