ADEPT Single Sided Tablet Press has been designed keeping in mind Adepts philosophy of providing simple and efficient solutions. Special emphasis has been given on durability while designing so that the machine can be used with minimum maintenance and downtime. This machine has a CENTRE DRIVE mechanism unlike the helical gear system, which ensures higher start-up torque and lower maintenance. Easy Press Operation

The ADEPT Single Sided press offers complete front control for weight, thickness and pre-compression pressure adjustment. It is also fitted with a Variable Frequency Drive for speed control.

Higher Load Bearing Capacity

The height of Adept Tablet Press is less by 20cms as compared to similar models. This lowers the machines centre of gravity thereby making it more stable.

The main motor transmits power with double V belt.

Adept GMP model is fitted with a 5 H.P. motor and 5 H.P. VFD so that the machine can take higher loads. It also ensures that there is a higher starting torque.

Pre-Compression

Consistent Tablet Weight & Higher Output

The ADEPT Single Sided Tablet Press is supplied a 3 chamber rotary feeder. There is a separate AC drive to control the feeder speed. The Rotary Feeder is also fitted with overflow indicator which helps set the feeder speed and prevent jamming.

The machine also has a special gravity feeder. The 'Multi-Chamber Feeder' is designed to ensure that the die cavity is always covered with granules. This ensures uniform filling even at high speeds and allows you to run the tablet press at 50% more RPM as compared to convention gravity feeders. The special design and extra filling chambers make the powder move in a serpentine motion thereby increasing filling time, which makes the feeder advantageous even for big tablets.

Longer Life, Reduced Maintenance and Lesser Downtime

The machine has CENTRE DRIVE with rotating centre shaft unlike the internal helical gear ring. This reduces the number of moving parts substantially thereby reducing maintenance requirement.

The turret has tensile strength of 45 kg/sq.mm as compared to 25 kg/sq.mm offered by other manufacturers. This prevents cracking of die-table and multiplies turret life.

Lower roller is fitted with bearing to avoid jamming.

The upper roll and upper roll pin can be easily replaced without dismounting upper roll bracket. Only 2 bolts have to be opened to remove the upper roll and pin.

Better GMP Compliance

All contact parts in compression zone made of S.S.316 including Hoppers & Discharge chute.

All non S.S. parts in compression zone are Electroless Nickel Plated.

The Turret Die Table has grinding finish thus has better RA value.

Complete S.S. fabrication is done using Laser Cutting & CNC Bending machines to ensure minimum sharp corners, minimum crevices & smooth finished welds.

For better operator safety, ADEPT Tablet Press adheres to CE requirements. All the electrical components are CE compliant and safety features like Tower Lamp, Multiple Emergency Switches... have been incorporated in the machine.
